1. Payment will be received before I start via PayPal or Venmo.2. I will send sketches of my progress directly to you for approval before I start lining and coloring at which point changes cannot be made.3. I reserve the right to refuse any commission I think I cannot or do not want to complete.4. Understand that if you send me a non-humanoid character I will do my best to transfer the design to a more humanoid form to fit my art style. Some artistic liberties in the design should be expected.5. I am only a part-time artist, I still have a job and other responsibilities. Commissions are usually finished within the time span of a week but please be patient if it takes longer. If there is a deadline you need it ready by, let me know ahead of time.6. If you need a refund, you may get 100% back if I have not started on the artwork. If I have a sketch started you may receive an 80% refund. However, if I have started lining it is too late for a refund of any kind.7. Once refunded you may use whatever form of the sketch was given to you for personal use.8. My commissions are not for commercial use unless specified BEFORE ordering. This will affect the price.9. I will not accept commissions containing hate speech in ANY FORM. This includes but is not limited to ableism, racism, sexism, Islamophobia, homophobia, and transphobia.10. If you do not respond within weeks of my contacting you about commission information I will stop working on it and possibly delete the file. You will NOT receive a refund unless one is asked for.
